ABOUT ROBERT LE HEROS
The company was initially started by a group of graduating design students in Paris. What began as a small design business has become a well known agency in Paris for graphics and fabric design.
International recognition has brought them work from many prestigious clients - they design for other homeware companies within France, table linen, ceramics, wall stickers and a bedding range for a Japanese company to name just a few.
Robert le heros has taken its name from a children's French fairytale hero named Robert. This magical colourful tale is reflected in all their designs. Their beautiful graphics are playful and wonderfully balanced, using colour and shape, gorgeous botanicals and simple organic forms.
All base cloths are natural, either pure linens or cottons. They can be used for various soft furnishing applications, curtains, blinds, light upholstery and cushions. Robert le Heros has maintained its integrity as a French Company by using French weavers, printers and manufacturing services.
Robert le heros fabric and product can be purchased all over the world; Liberty (UK), Barneys (USA), Fresh (USA), Le Bon Marche and Printemps (Paris) and now Madder & Rouge in New Zealand.
